Mayury Bounprakob is a licensed realtor and Senior Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Oakland- Piedmont office. She has cultivated over fifteen years of experience working in the Bay Area's dynamic real estate market. Mayury began her career at Wells Fargo's Home Mortgage division in San Francisco, where she helped homebuyers throughout the Bay Area navigate the lending process. After becoming a licensed agent in 2005, Mayury began specializing in short sales and distressed properties; she also worked as a project manager, overseeing the purchase, renovation, and resale of dozens of distressed properties around the East Bay. During her tenure at the Michael James Real Estate Group, she helped build and manage a team of realtors that sold hundreds of properties each year—a role she took on again after joining Climb Real Estate in 2015.

Mayury's primary focus is meeting the needs of her clients, and she is particularly passionate about helping first-time buyers achieve their dreams of homeownership, guiding them through every step of the process. She is a strong advocate for her clients, and believes that everything in real estate is negotiable. In addition to her extensive experience and expertise, Mayury's patience, compassion, and negotiation skills make her an excellent realtor, as well as a valuable partner in the home buying and selling process.

An alumna of Cal State University – Hayward, Mayury holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration with a minor in finance. She currently lives in the Tri-Valley with her family. In her spare time, Mayury enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors. She loves giving back to the community, and regularly volunteers at Wat Mahubuddhapumi, a Thai Buddhist temple in Sonoma County. Previously, Mayury also served on the Board of Directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America's Greater East Bay Chapter (2010-2014).
